Place was very clean and deluxe. It was just walking distance from Hayfield city centre. We booked deluxe queen room, it was a good value for price. Moreover, hotel's parking is on-site. We greatly enjoyed our time here...

We greatly enjoyed it, it was GOAT! Large bed, good food selection on English breakfast. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. Stopped by marmalade coffee shop to get some coffee and treats, it's steps away from the venue, recommend.

helpful staff and excellent value for money. budget hotel with comfortable bed. we truly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as central heating, an iron and a clothes-hanging unit etc. really satisfactory breakfast.
